Being on an IHC is more than just a job. It means shared suffering, earned trust, and knowing that the person next to you will show up when it matters. It means long days, harder nights, and a standard that never drops - on or off the line. Those experiences don't fade with time; they connect us for life.

2026 year marks the crew's 25th anniversary since inception. On April 25th, we'll gather to swap stories, honor those who led before us, and reconnect with the people who made this crew what it is. There will be food, beverages, merchandise, silent auctions benefiting the Crew Welfare Fund and the Wildland Firefighter Foundation, and most importantly, time together.
